High-Purity Quartz Silica Mining in Mongolia
Founded in 2022, Altangol Bolor LLC was created to drive the development of a premium-quality quartz sand mining project. The mining license, originally granted in 2009, covers a deposit of high-grade, low-impurity quartz sand. Over the years, we have conducted extensive geological exploration and ensured full regulatory compliance, confirming a substantial reserve with the potential to provide quartz sand for over 100 years.
To ensure our product meets the highest industry standards, We conducted laboratory testing in 2011, 2018 and 2021, partnering with prominent processing solution labs in China and Mongolia. The results of the lab tests achieved 99.97% purity. Based on these findings, Owners opted to form Altangol Bolor LLC as a dedicated entity focused on fully realizing the project’s potential and sourcing the latest, most environmentally sustainable processing technology available.
Project Status
Currently, we are collaborating with the international consulting firm SRK to re-calculate reserves and reaffirm the mineral quality. All geologiacal exploration has been completed, and we are focused on the paperwork for the next stages, including the preparation of a comprehensive feasibility study.
